We offer regular group self defence classes, seminars and private tuition to men and women from all walks of life, in a friendly, positive and safe training environment.
Protect realistically addresses the physical as well as the often-neglected psychological and emotional components of violent confrontations. Our principles are based on natural patterns of psychological & physical defenses, as well as human behaviour in relation to extreme violence, aggression, desperation, drugs and alcohol.
Protect is not a martial art. There are no belts, no uniforms, no memorised movements, no competitions and no politics.
