Based in Howick, East Auckland, Triple A Aerobics Academy has provided Sport Aerobic classes to athletes ranging from Recreation to Competitive levels since 2003. Sports Aerobics is a high energy, fast paced, exciting sport, combiningcontinuous aerobic dance patterns, with dynamic skills all performed to fun, energetic and upbeat music.
Triple A Aerobics is run by Amanda Bush - 5 times New Zealand National Champion and World ranked International athlete.
