Federated Farmers Farm Day extends a welcoming hand to all New Zealanders. This is a great opportunity to visit a farm and kick some dirt around in the paddock with a real farmer. We invite everyone to see out in the paddock what farmers do and how they do it on, Sunday, 13 March 2011.

Over the last two years more than 7500 people have visited a Federated Farmers Farm Day farm. Visit the archive to view photos from the 2009 and 2010 Farm Days.

Farms can easily been seen from the road, but not often does the public get the chance to talk to a farmer and hear what happens on a working farm. Our aim is to introduce you to farming in fun and friendly ways. So come along and try your hand at some farm work, ask questions and have fun.

When:

Sun 13 Mar, 10:00am–3:00pm
