Confident Kids is dedicated to children – who are our future. Our children are very wise, and given self empowering tools, can truly shine like the stars that they are in their own right.
It is during childhood that literally the resulting adult is being molded. How many of us could have benefited by believing in ourselves, and honoring our own unique gifts early on.
By not comparing themselves to others, being fearful of judgment or willingly taking on board others negativity, life opens up for our children.
Children, I have found, are truly incredible to work with as they enter this world of imagination effortlessly. And it is within this emotional part of their mind, that if guided, our children can make the most awe inspiring transformation. I have witnessed this personally on many occasions within my practice, and each and every time it still amazes me what our children are capable of.
About Bonnie Reid (Dip Adv Hyp)
Bonnie Reid is passionate about working with children, and therefore specialises in children at her practice based in Auckland, New Zealand.
She has been inspired and privileged through her career to have been witness to many “miracles” while working with our brightest stars - our amazing children.
Bonnie identified early on that there are many CDs on the market for adults, but very few catering for children - and ironically it is during their early years that children are both willing and easily able to initiate tremendous transformation in their lives.
A high quality recording on CD has now been developed by Bonnie. Working within the realms of the wonderful creativity of your child’s imagination utilising relaxation, metaphorical stories and fantasy, your child is shown how to “tap into” their very own sense of self worth, including learning to value their own unique gifts.

This CD "Creating Confidence For Kids" is designed to help guide your child into the emotional and wise part of their mind utilising their imagination as the doorway in. They have the opportunity to connect with their own sense of strength, self worth and confidence.
Once relaxed, your child goes on a journey which includes utilising the following sensory aspects of self:
