The entire Pumpkin Patch collection is designed by our in-house design team who ensure each garment is fresh and stylish with a distinctive design signature.

The company employs over 3,100 people, produces more than 2,000 styles per season and sells products through more than 250 stores worldwide. The collections are currently available in numerous countries and regions including New Zealand, Australia, United Kingdom, USA, South Africa and The Middle East.

We value relationships in our workplace, where the culture is inspired by family values. We’re proud to support working parents by providing a creche at our head office in East Tamaki in Auckland, NZ. We also employ many husbands, wives and other loved ones in different areas of the company. Many of our foundation employees can still be found in varied areas around our company and contribute to the “family” atmosphere at the Patch.

Pumpkin Patch is committed to supporting the community through its focus on child related charities such as CureKids (Child Health Research Institute) and Make- A- Wish. We also support the Children's Hospital Oncology Wards at Starship in New Zealand and Westmead in Australia with a gift for children who have to spend their birthday in hospital. As well as that we are involved at the “local” level with many schools and kindergarten fundraising fashion parades and other events.
