Kiwi Valley, an 18 acre property 20 minutes from Auckland city, is a fabulous place for children to experience farm animals close-up. You can visit Old Macdonald Farmyard where you can feed sheep, goats, pigs, rabbits and chicks. There is also a Maze with over 1km of track - look for the mystery animals and hidden caves!

They also have pony rides and a great café - check the cafe opening times if going midweek during term time.

Kiwi Valley is the home of "Old MacDonald's Farmyard" and now you can experience all the activities "Down on the Farm" as well as your Party Barnyard. Bring your own sausage sizzle and use the BBQ's complete with condiments and utensils to make your day easie.
