Manurewa AFC is pleased to announce they have selected to support a worthwhile charity in the Variety. the children’s charity. Believed to be a first in New Zealand Soccer and maybe in NZ Sport.

Manurewa AFC enters the Premier Football league for the first time in many years and as a club recognizes the members and community that supports it.

He variety charity will be proudly displayed on the sleeve of the clubs premier team and in the interests of community collections for this worth while charity will be welcomed by all visiting teams and supporters. Sponsorships are harder and harder to find and while we welcome sponsors and are grateful for their continued support. We trust they will also be proud to sit along side variety this year as we contest a new league and celebrate our clubs’ 50th year of football in the Franklin, Counties and Auckland Region. Variety - The Children's Charity is the fun way to help Kiwi kids. Since 1989, Variety has distributed more than $11.3 million to Kiwi kids in need. Using unique and entertaining events to raise funds, Variety provides support to New Zealand children who are sick, disabled or disadvantaged through a range of programmes and individual grants.

Variety works with communities all over New Zealand to 'fill the gaps' for Kiwi kids, because Variety believes every child deserves the opportunity to achieve their potential - to be the best they can be.
