Cook Aria Farm vege chips and then set them aside.
Cook 1 ½ c rice.
Fry ½ red onion, add 1 tsp curry powder and 1 tsp chilli powder.
In a bowl put together a little kernel corn, a small red pepper (chopped), broccoli florets (fine), walnuts and cashews and raisins. Add to the onion mixture and mix until combined. Place vege chips in rice mixture.
Serve with a dollop of yoghurt and chopped parsley with a little cayenne sprinkled on top. Yum!
