This makes a great centrepiece for a birthday party and never fails to impress! Simply layer brown and white bread and spread with different but complementary fillings like eggs, cream cheese, cucumber, tomato, and son on and form into the shape of a tractor.

Make the trailer from one-and-a-half bagels, and line up some fresh farm produce like cherry tomatoes, cucumber and celery. Make the wheels from sliced red peppers and carrot slices, the windows from cheese slices and chives and a sesame stick for the funnel. The children will have a great time taking it to pieces!
