Bella Mama® is a massage company for women and families, specialising in pregnancy, birth and motherhood. Whether you are pregnant, caring for a new baby or just in need of some balance and relaxation in your busy life, we can help. Our massage treatments provide an enjoyable way to deeply relax and look after yourself as you care for your baby.
Unlike many beauty clinics and spas, our therapists have extensive training in pregnancy & post-natal massage allowing them to give safe and effective treatments from the first trimester onwards. This means you can relax knowing that you and your baby are in the hands of experts. Each massage treatment is specifically designed to address the needs of your changing body with a blend of relaxation, deep tissue and therapeutic techniques to ease muscular aches and pains, reduce tension and increase feelings of calm well-being benefiting both you and your baby.

At Bella Mama we believe that your pregnancy, birth and journey through motherhood is a time when you deserve to be nurtured, supported and celebrated. We consider it a privilege to care for mothers and their families during this very special time of change and discovery.

Hours:
Bella Mama is open Monday to Saturday. There are a limited number of after hours appointments available during the week.
