Bella Mama is a massage company for women and families, specialising in pregnancy, birth and motherhood. Whether you are pregnant, caring for a new baby or just in need of some balance and relaxation in your busy life, we can help. Our massage treatments provide an enjoyable way to deeply relax and look after yourself as you care for your baby.
At Bella Mama we feel passionate about the benefits of therapeutic touch. Our role is to provide high quality, specialist massage therapy to women in the nurturing environment of our therapy rooms located both in Takapuna, North Shore and Mount Eden, Central City.
We also support our clients with a range of aromatherapy skincare products and provide advice on the many benefits of massage, yoga and infant massage.
Bella Mama is committed to the highest quality on-going training and education for our therapists and staff. We also take a keen interest in international research studies which point to the beneficial effects of touch therapy and yoga on women at all stages of their lives, with a special interest in mother wellness, birth outcomes and the bonding process between infant and parent. We hope that our work will spread these positive benefits to women and children throughout New Zealand.
Hours:
Bella Mama is open Monday to Saturday. There are a limited number of after hours appointments available during the week.
