An antiques dealer in Thames, with an interest in antiques, collectables, furniture and militaria.
Established in 1967, our firm is one of the busiest and biggest Provincial Antiques Businesses in New Zealand. We hold at any one time some 450 pieces of furniture (1860's ... 1930's), together with a range of small items, both usefull and decorative to be found instore. Two of our specialities being Thimbles and Royal Doulton Character Jugs.
Being a family run operation, you can expect the best hands-on service, honest trading, and of course value for money (lower overheads means better prices). We are well known for buying all over the Coromandel Peninsula, and as far away as Auckland, Hamilton, etc.
Further to our usual business, we also run, under our Thames Auction House banner, 2x Antique and Collectables Auctions per year, with approx. 400 lots per sale, items being mostly Estate Work from thru-out the Peninsula.
