Institutes of Technology and Polytechnics of New Zealand (ITP New Zealand) is the national association for institutes of technology and polytechnics (ITPs). Our members provide high-quality, relevant and innovative vocational and applied education and research, delivered in cooperation with our society and the wider education community.
Our main purpose is to promote the ITP Charter, which includes the following mission.
The New Zealand ITP Sector adds to the prosperity of our country and our citizens by providing accessible, relevant and high quality education and research which meets the learning and vocational needs and enlarges the horizons of all students, consistent with the changing demands of society and the world of work.
ITP New Zealand represents the interests of its members, supports collaborative activities within the ITP sector and develops relationships with external stakeholders.
