Heretaunga Kindergarten Association

The Heretaunga Kindergarten Association has sixteen kindergartens based in Hastings, Havelock North, Flaxmere, Waipawa and Waipukurau.

The Association is responsible for managing 16 kindergartens in the greater Hastings area and Central Hawke’s Bay.

This includes:

• Human resource management and appointment of staff
• Payroll services
• Professional support to staff and committees

Canterbury Playcentre Association

The association of playcentres in Canterbury; a play center is a licensed early childhood organization that provides sessions for children to learn and explore through play, from birth to six years of age.

Playcentres started in Christchurch and Wellington in 1941 as a result of the needs of mothers and children during wartime. Owing to population changes, of the four original centers in Christchurch only Fendalton is still in existence.

Bright Eyes Early Childhood Centre

Bright Eyes Early Childhood Center has been providing quality education and care to children in the Henderson area since 1983. Bright Eyes is privately owned and is run by a team of caring and dedicated trained staff. We provide a balanced programme of learning and an extensive range of developmentally appropriate activities and experiences for children aged from 3 months to 5 years.

BJ's Homebased Childcare Services

BJ’s Homebased Childcare Services Ltd became established in December 2004 and is chartered to the Ministry of Education. We offer care for children/tamariki in private homes by experienced educators.

All our educators are carefully selected and undergo a thorough background check before they start caring for your child. BJ's also offer ongoing course training and first aid.

Bizzy Buddyz Ltd.

Bizzy Buddyz is a Ministry of Education approved and Licensed Home Based Early Childhood Care and Education Service. We provide high quality, affordable care and education for babies, toddlers and preschoolers in the homes of carefully selected Educarers.

Bishopdale Community Preschool

Bishopdale Community Preschool Community based preschool offering affordable flexible childcare for 0-5 years in Bishopdale, Christchurch.
We operate as a registered society that is not-for-profit; this allows us to put any surplus funds back into the development of the centre.

We have a management committee of volunteer parents that together with the teaching team and the centre manager work to continually improve the service we provide to the community.

Bayfield Early Education Centre

Bayfield Early Education Centre providing quality care and early childhood education. The centers have an excellent reputation and are fully licensed and chartered under the Ministry of Education.

The centres run a daily programme, with a variety of educational activities and equipment to meet the needs of the children attending.

Preschool

The Preschool is licensed for 20 children and is open from 7.30am - 5.30pm. Children are required to attend at least three sessions a week. Children are aged 2 - 3 ½ years, at which stage they move to our Kindergarten.

B4 Five Childcare

B4 Five Childcare Provides an environment where children can feel secure and happy, and in which parents and whanau can feel confident.

At B4 Five Childcare we offer an environment of quality care and education led by trained early childhood teachers.

We recognise the developmental levels of children are varied and therefore provide separate but interactive programmes for infants, toddlers and young children.

Each programme caters for the individual needs of the children, and is based on the early childhood curriculum – Te Whàriki and the Desirable Objectives and Practices.

Adelaide Early Childhood Centre

In a warm Newtown villa, Adelaide Early Childhood Centre provides quality education and a heap of fun for 2-5 year olds. Adelaide is a parent cooperative with a vibrant learning environment that our kids and parents think is hard to beat.

Free ECE

Adelaide offers up to 20 hours of free early childhood education for three and four year olds.

Fernside Pre-school

Fernside Preschool is a family owned purpose built preschool on a beautiful lifestyle block in Fernside, Rangiora. We have created a 'rural themed' preschool complete with farmyard for the children to observe and enjoy.

The Centre is licenced for 50 children catering from newborn through to 5 years of age, with excellent trained staff and low teacher to child ratios.
