Elim Early Learning Centre

Elim Early Learning Centre is a community based center located at the Elim Cathedral of Hope complex, 285 Cashel Street. It has been established as part of the church vision to provide the community with quality education and family enriching activities.

We have a small group size with a license for 28 children, 21 over 2 year olds and 7 under 2 year olds. We provide high quality care and education with primary caregivers for each child. Our environment is nurturing and rich in relationships, experiences, and learning. The atmosphere we aim to provide is that of a family.

Howick Playcentre

Established in 1946, the Howick Playcentre is an early childhood education centre run by parents for families, catering for children from birth to school age.

Howick Playcentre's strengths now lie in its ownership of its own land and building, its commitment to providing an excellent early childhood experience for its children, the wide range of backgrounds, skills and training of the families who attend the centre, and the support and strong friendships those families provide for each other.

Howick Playcentre follows the primary school terms and holidays.

Portobelo Nursery and Preschools

Portobelo Preschools are privately owned New Zealand preschools. Portobelo means "beautiful harbour". A harbour is a safe place for care, maintenance, exchange, extension and the gathering of new, all-important learning aspects of preschool education.

Port Ahuriri & City Children's Centres

The Napier Community Childcare Trust is a self-supporting 'not-for-profit' organization made up of an elected group of volunteer parents and staff. The Trust operates both City Children's Centre, 52 Vautier Street, Napier and Port Ahuriri Children's Centre, 26 Campbell Street, Ahuriri, Napier.

Kidzcare offer two options for our Childcare & Babysitting service:

1. Regular care: Where families use our services on a regular, i.e. 3-4 bookings per week, a flat rate is charged with no booking fee.
This service is also suited to families who need part time assistance or those working shifts or non-standard hours on a continual basis.

Kid's Planet

Kid's Planet is a privately owned childcare and daycare center, focusing on the importance of nurturing and educating preschool minds. Based in Albany.

As a privately owned childcare / daycare center we understand tiny minds and the importance of nurture and education. We aim to provide infants, toddlers and pre school children a wide variety of experiences to enhance their mental, physical, social and emotional growth.

We believe in providing a supportive, positive and enriching environment to meet you and your child's needs through a strong bond between home and our center.

City Kids Co-operative Childcare Centre

City Kids Co-operative Childcare Centre is a not-for-profit Early Childhood Centre owned and managed by a parent co-operative. It is based in a character villa in Thorndon, Central Wellington.

The center has been in operation since 1986 and caters for up to 25 children (2-5 years old).
