Party Time specialise in organising children's birthday parties. The parties are held at Keall House where there's lots of space to dance, sing and play. Themes include everything from fairies and scaries through to clowns and elves. The children can dress up or dress as themselves!

Partyland is a colourful fantasy world filled with different characters and themes – from magical fairies, deep space adventures and dinosaur treks through to the enchanted princess, formula one and wizard spells and potions. With entertainers, games, music, food and more – the kids are guaranteed to be entertained for the full hour and a half.

Party of Paint The Earth

For plenty of creative fun with ceramic paints, then Paint the Earth is the venue. Each child paints a ceramic piece that they will get to keep once glazed and fired. Parties of 10 or more need to book with a $50 deposit at least five days prior to the party.

The cost of the party will be the total price of whatever pieces are chosen less 10%. The children will have a special party host and the birthday boy or girl will receive a free ceramic gift with the names of all those who attended the party.

Omahanui (Ivy Cottage)

Omahanui offer a wonderful range of themed parties, including witches, wizards, teddy bears' picnic, fairies, dinosaurs, as well as naming ceremonies.

These exclusive, fully coordinated parties last two hours and include dress up, treasure hunt, pass the parcel, craft activities, photo session, iced shortbread, and a give-a-way for each child. Party food is $80 per party, with a minimum of 10 children.

Kiwi Valley

Kiwi Valley, an 18 acre property 20 minutes from Auckland city, is a fabulous place for a children’s birthday party. Birthday parties run on Saturday and Sunday and include a visit to the Old Macdonald Farmyard where the kids can feed and play with animals, pony rides, hay tractor rides and more. The party food is also provided.

Kelly Tarlton's Antarctic Encounter Underwater World

For a marine-themed birthday party, take your friends to Kelly Tarlton’s. The package includes an underground party room, invitations, placemats and party hats, your own personal tour guide, a behind-the-scenes visit to feed the fish, a marine puppet show for younger groups, and the chance to dress up as an Antarctic explorer or penguin! There’s no catering, so you'll need to bring the party food.

The Enchanted Forest

The Enchanted Forest

The Enchanted Forest hosts fairy birthday parties for children aged 3-8yrs. They’ll be entertained with stories, games, singing, dancing and face painting. Lasting one and a half hours, fairies can dress up on arrival or come in their own costume. You can also hire a picnic area, complete with fairy food!

Butterfly Creek is located by the Auckland Airport, come and meet Bud the Butterfly Creek mascot and treat your kids to a birthday party they won’t forget. Parties are hosted in a designated party room, complete with balloons.

Catering, birthday cake, party packs, theme and entertainment can all be arranged through Butterfly Creek’s onsite café.

The children can interact with the farm animals at Buttermilk Farm, climb aboard the miniature train (The Red Admiral Express) and play in Curly’s Playground, completing their memorable day at Butterfly Creek.

There are shows in our Planetarium every night and weekend afternoons about space, astronauts, black holes and many other topics. These shows change every month.
