Pakuranga Heights School

Pakuranga Heights School is a very special place with a caring, friendly, nurturing environment where we have high expectations for learning and behaviour.

A school where children feel welcome and secure, and where they are assisted in becoming competent in the basics of literacy and numeracy. The school applies a strong action-learning and research skills base to all learning, and aims to provide learning environments that are bright, interesting and stimulating.

Takaka Primary School

Takaka Primary School is a contributing co-educational state school, situated in beautiful Golden Bay.

There are approximately 130 families who contribute to the school drawing from a 26 km radius. Dairying, horticulture and aquaculture are the predominate land uses and there are a significant number of crafts people. This leads to a wonderfully diverse community.

The majority of the children attending are European with the balance being Maori. At present, Takaka Primary School has seven full-time teachers for a roll of approximately 196 children.

Blue Skies Conference and Training Centre

Blue Skies is a dynamic facility offering a range of different accommodation types suitable for all groups. We have various activities on site that are easy to manage and implement into any programme. Blue Skies is also located only 15 minutes north of Christchurch in park like grounds, giving the camp a rural setting and feel without the costly expense of travel. Blue Skies has four different facilities allowing great flexibility of use.

Somerville Intermediate School

Somerville Intermediate is a co-educational intermediate school catering for students in their seventh and eighth years of schooling. We are a large, vibrant school with high expectations about student learning and behaviour. Somerville Intermediate aims to guide each student to reach his or her full potential, through a carefully designed curriculum which encourages students to be capable, self-assured and self-directed.

Heddon Bush School

Heddon Bush School has a long held commitment to excellence. We are a decile 8, full primary school situated in a very supportive rural community, 15km west of Winton. Our school motto is Joy in Learning. We offer an educational environment. Children can enjoy a variety of opportunities in a full range of academic, sporting and cultural endeavours and are encouraged and challenged to reach their full potential in all areas of growth and development.

Hampden Street School, situated in Central Nelson is a decile 7 co-educational state school offering quality education.

Rewa Rewa School

Rewa Rewa School located in Newlands, Wellington, providing an environment in which children gain skills by which to learn and live.Our programmes focus on literacy and numeracy, while incorporating all other aspects of the curriculum. We are the only school in Newlands that has classes from Junior (Year 1) to Form 2 (Year 8).

Richmond Primary School

Catering for local, national and international children between the ages of 5 and 11 years, Richmond Primary School provides a supportive environment which fosters self esteem and good learning.

All staff members of the school strive to provide a quality education for every student. Additions to daily curriculum programmes include Reading Recovery, Rainbow Reading, Special Abilities Programmes and opportunities for children to excel academically in leadership roles, music and sports.

Otumoetai Intermediate -

Otumoetai Intermediate School offers two years of specialist education for Year 7 and 8 students in the "middle years". As well as heavy emphasis on academic development, and its wider range of activities in the sport, music, cultural and specialist fields, it is designed to ensure children are well prepared to move on to their secondary education.
